  • CheckPoint I.D. is used to verify all identifications via your government-issued photo ID.
  • Applicants must have a gross monthly income of 3 times the rent.
  • Applicants are screened on credit history and criminal background.
  • Applicants cannot have an unpaid balance with their current landlord or mortgage holder unless paid in full before approval. Unpaid balances with previous landlords may also impact your approval.
  • Previous evictions are factored into your credit history.
  • We require 2 years of positive rental history. We verify previous addresses, and your rental verification must match.
